Tasting Room Team Member

8 – 12 hrs. per week (average)

Mac’s Creek Winery has an exciting opportunity for a Tasting Room Associate to join our dynamic team in our  Tasting Room.

SUMMARY: Under supervision of our General Manager, the Tasting Room Associate is responsible for assisting Tasting Room guests and providing exceptional customer service and sales support. This position will support the day to day operations of the Tasting Room to include hospitality, wine club membership promotion/sales, wine education and sales in point of sale system.

  • Wine Club Membership Promotion/Support
  • Maintaining a clean facility
  • Private Event Supervision/Management
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects and/or keyboard. Required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. This job requires use of the computer and phone.
